The Law was entitled  R.A. No. 10895 "An Act Granting the Avocado Broadband Telecoms, Inc. a Franchise to Construct, Install, Establish, Operate and Maintain Telecommunications System Throughout the Philippines"

Sasot questioned the existence of the corporation.

She asked who owned Avocado  Broadband Telecoms, Inc., How come it can't be seen in DTI and SEC Database, and How come it does not even have an online presence, when it is an Internet business? Sasot called on Senator Bam Aquino in her Facebook page for answers.
