Photos of people in Sabangan, Mountain Province helping each other for the victims of typhoon Lawin went viral on the internet.

Despite of the challenging geographical obstacles like lack of bridges and roads, people of Sabangan did not give up just to give the donations to the people in need.

Along with the citizens who has a bayanihan were the Philippine National Police, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, and Bureau of Fire Protection.

That's Filipino oneness, one of the values still practiced in the countryside. "BAYANIHAN" where everyone is helping each other to do a task more easily without expecting any reward. A word thank you is enough.
